- How much is shipping?
- We do Australia wide shipping, $15 for Regular and $25 for Express. International shipping varies depending on location and product.
- How long will it usually take for my parts to arrive?
- If we have the parts in stock they will leave as soon as you order them. Regular can be between 3-7 days and express is between 1-3 days depending on your order. If you do have an order which we need to order in some of the parts we will email you to let you know. We will then ship what we have (via your freight option you have selected) and then the back-ordered parts will be shipped out (regular post at our cost) once they arrive.
- Do you have everything in stock?
- Our online shop doesn’t reflect what we have in stock, our stock levels change constantly! If you need a specific item and want to check stock before you place an order just give us a call. We try our hardest to stock everything, current stock in the shop is valued at over $500,000 but there will always be something we need to order in. We ship from the US every 2-3 weeks which is roughly how long you will have to wait for anything else.
- Can I track my order?
- All tracking details are sent once we complete the order. We use Australia Post, Star Track Express & Fastway Couriers.
- Can I modify my order ones I have placed it?
- We can try our hardest to do this but best to give us a call directly and talk to Alex who does all our web orders.
- Can I return something if I change my mind?

- Can I pick up from your physical store?
- Yep! No dramas at all, after you put your details in (you have to live in QLD) you can then select Pick Up from the Freight Options.
RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All returns MUSTbe authorised before goods are returned.
- All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or your return may not be accepted (unless faulty).
- Any returned item which is not in an acceptable condition will be sent back at the expense of the customer, please ensure all items are in new & resalable condition to avoid your any problems.
- Returns must be within 60 days from invoice date.
